To ensure the integrity of our platform, we have temporarily halted the halving event and will be introducing KYC Step #1, which includes a face recognition module. An update will be rolled out in the forthcoming weeks. Our commitment to transparency remains unwavering. As stipulated in our Terms and Conditions, we strictly prohibit the use of bots and the operation of multiple accounts by a single individual. Post-update, the "Online users" and "Total users" metrics on the app's stats screen will only reflect unique accounts that have been successfully authenticated via face recognition. We recognize that similar challenges may be faced by other Tap-to-Mine applications. However, we pride ourselves on our transparency and honesty regarding our user base. Reiterating our previous statements, we prioritize the quality of our user base over mere numbers. We would rather have 5 million genuine and active users than 50 million inauthentic ones. This distinction becomes especially crucial as we approach Mainnet. Once the update is in effect, only authenticated and verified users will be displayed in the app. Accounts failing the verification will not be counted. Additionally, any coins mined during this interim period will be slashed if the respective accounts cannot continue their mining sessions.
